As a COMPLIANCE PARTNER® customer you can choose from product training, support and consulting service options based on your needs and budget.

Product Training and Support

Training for COMPLIANCE PARTNER® can be delivered remotely over the internet (using a facility called WebEx®), or on-site. Many customers prefer the remote training option in order to expedite project progress and reduce overall cost. You pick the option that works best for your company.
Depending on the current status of your company activities with respect to NI 52-109/SOX 404, or Form 51-102F6, a typical COMPLIANCE PARTNER® training agenda would typically includes:

  • Installation of the COMPLIANCE PARTNER® product
  • Overview and general navigation/usage considerations
  • Training on the use of the product content and templates
  • Utilizing the product’s reporting capabilities
  • Review of a sample information that is specific to your company
  • Data migration issues
  • Tailoring of applicable materials and tools
  • Development of a prioritized To Do list to keep your team focused and to leverage your training investment

The COMPLIANCE PARTNER® product is also backed by an annual maintenance and support program that entitles your organization to technical telephone support and product/content updates, as well as periodic product training refreshers and discounts on other compliance products.

Consulting Services (Optional)

COMPLIANCE PARTNER® has been designed to help you significantly lessen your requirements for scarce and expensive, external financial compliance consulting assistance. This reduces your costs and improves overall ownership by your team with respect a sound financial control environment.
However, we also recognize that every organization is different in terms of staffing, resources and experience with respect to compliance and disclosure requirements. To meet your needs you can pick Consulting Service levels that vary from lean to extensive.

Issues Central, Inc. staff are experienced and trained to support your team's COMPLIANCE PARTNER® implementation efficiently and effectively. Engagements can include a review of existing documentation, the testing of the operating effectiveness of your financial controls, reviewing findings with your audit committee, reviewing the new executive compensation disclosure requirements, and so on.
